Open International Internet-Olympiads for higher education students in 2011 (OIIO – Open International internet-Olympiad)

2011 Internet-Olympiads will be held in the following subject fields:

• Mathematics;
• Physics;
• Chemistry
• Computer Science (Informatics);
• Russian language

Interdisciplinary Internet-Olympiad of the innovation type “Innovation Technologies in Complicated Systems” is to take place in Autumn 2011.

Participation of higher education students in disciplinary Olympiads is planned in the following educational fields:

1. Specialized (with in-depth study of the corresponding subject);
2. Engineering and technology (a few sub-categories will be distinguished in this field);
3. Economics and management;
4. Humanities.

Working languages of the Internet-Olympiad are Russian and English.

2011 Internet Olympiads are held on contractual relations.

Participation fee is 15,800 roubles (EUR400) for higher educational institutions and 8,900 roubles (EUR200) for higher educational institutions branches.

Higher educational institutions-participants of the 2011 Open International Internet-Olympiads are entitled to:

• participate in Internet-Olympiads in Physics, Chemistry, information Science; Russian Language, Mathematics;
• analytical report on the outcomes of HEI’s participation in the Internet-Olympiads.

The Operator of the 2011 Open Internet-Olympiad is the Science and Research Institute of the Education Quality Monitoring.
